How to use in GOM Player

  1. Download and install "LAV Filiters".
  2. Turn on "Enable decode function using external decoder" and select "LAV Video Decoder"
  3. Register "Bluesky Frame Rate Covnerter" in the system.
  4. Click "Preferences".
  5. Click "Filter/codec".
  6. Click "Block filter" and turn off "Use internal video filter".
  7. Click "Render filter" and select "Advanced rendering method" and then click "+".
  8. Select "Bluesky Frame Rate Converter" and click "OK" button.
